CITC LIfe Groups
Life groups meet weekly, bi-weekly and sometimes monthly. They are open to anyone to join at anytime. In a nutshell: its a smaller group studying the Bible together and a place where you can share requests for prayer and find friends to walk life with. They are inductive groups, meaning everyone has a voice to share their perspective if they want.
For kids in our neighbourhood, our doors are open for free homework club to help kids work on their school assignments as well as having a safe place to belong to. Every Tuesday at 3:30pm.
Youth on Thursdays
Thursdays at 7:15pm. All youth in grade 8 or high school are welcome. Good times, good friends and often good food.
CITC Care Team
This team is dispatched when there is a need in our CITC community or in our neighborhood (where we can help). Gretchen, a long term member of CITC is our team leader and she will help to connect someone on the team to meet a need. These needs could be visiting someone in the hospital or a shut in, helping someone walk through the immigration process, encouraging or praying over the phone, helping pick up groceries when someone is sick, etc.
Church in Regent Park / Community Dinners
We serve these meals weekly on Saturdays @ 5pm. The location is the CRC building at 40 Oaks St. in Regent Park. At 4:30pm our free clothing store opens for men and women's clothing. At 6:45pm our church service starts ... good times serving together.
Men's Round Table
Family Fun Days
5-6 times a year as a church we do an event that is low cost and includes the whole family. We believe in community and we believe that our community should have fun together. Some past events: Blue Jays game, day at the Toronto island, Christmas cider & cookies night, etc.
